Atlanta’s industrial market keeps the ball rolling after a record year.

While it’s natural to regress after an irreplicable year like the one industrial produced last year, Atlanta continued to display positive progress. For starters, Atlanta industrial remained below the overall 4% vacancy rate that was set the prior quarter despite developer’s determination to deliver large quantities of space. In addition to this low vacancy, Atlanta saw 3 million square feet of absorption this quarter, proving a high level of demand for space continues to exist among tenants looking to meet their needs.
