Central Perimeter vacancy continues to decline.

Central Perimeter continues to lead the way in absorption amongst the suburban submarkets with over 450k SF absorbed year-to-date. The 66k SF absorbed this quarter marks the 4th straight quarter of positive absorption for this submarket. As a result, vacancy declined by 30 basis points from the previous quarter to 19.4%. This represents a 150 basis point decline year-over-year. Hapag-Loyd’s 128k SF move in at Three Ravinia followed by several smaller tenants such as Enterprise Holdings (31k SF) and IRB Holding (26k SF) contributed to the overall success of this quarter.
