UNDER CONTRACT: Opportunity to purchase a Class A, Tier 3* purpose-built data center facility that was commissioned in 2012, and is move-in ready, located at 16422 W. Commerce Drive in Goodyear, Arizona.

This Tier 3* purpose-built data center facility includes ±9,575 square feet of building area that provides infrastructure support for the two HP EcoPODs, powerhouse structures and back-up generators that are situated within an enclosed exterior courtyard. The two HP EcoPODS are each supported by two 720KW UPS systems, and two 1500KW Cummins generators.


*Facility is not Tier 3 certified


With room to double, triple and even quadruple in datacenter capacity, this facility will be delivered completely vacant and ready for immediate occupancy.


Surrounded by robust connectivity of highly reliable and affordable power and multiple fiber optics options, the property is strategically located with easy access to the regional transportation systems.


With ±4 MW of power to the facility, this was originally designed to allow the data center to double, triple and even quadruple in capacity


Within Goodyear Crossing Industrial Park, where an additional ±411,000 square feet of additional Class A distribution facilities will break ground in 4Q 2020 and be available for occupancy in 2021.


The current data center was designed for expansion capability within the undeveloped area. The undeveloped area could double in size via a mirrored facility of the current configuration; or could grow to quadruple the data center capacity with three new phases, each of which would be ±22,000 SF buildings under roof.


Conceptual plans have been drafted for the potential data center expansion from the existing data center footprint. The new owner will have the opportunity to construct three new 22,000-square-foot buildings supported by equipment yards. Each of the three buildings will have 5,000 square feet of white spaces capable of housing 128 racks at 15 kW per rack.
