237 divisible acres for sale adjoining the northern boundary of the KCS Intermodal Center on the western edge of Fort Bend County in Rosenberg's ETJ.  The Kansas City Southern Railroad developed the 800-acre intermodal logistics park in Fort Bend County, 35 miles southwest of the city. KCS provides rail service, carload and intermodal along their international corridor between the Port of Lazaro Cardenas through Mexico to Houston, TX. The 237-acre tract is situated at the southeast corner of W. Tavener Rd. & Bohacek Rd., Beasley, TX.
