Silverstone Golf Club architect Robert Cupp was Golf Worlds Architect of the year in 1992. His three unique nines at Silverstone (Desert, Valley and Mountain) create a variety of challenges that keep members entertained and visitors coming back. There are 4 par 5’s that play over 600 yards each, and the straight away, 653 yard par 5 3rd on the Mountain course is the longest hole in Nevada. The four sets of men’s tees play as short as 5,849 yards and as long as 7,159 yards. The bent grass greens are some of the best in town, and the well manicured rye grass fairways allow for year round play without over-seed.
The course has won two consecutive National Golf Foundation Awards in the category of Premium Daily Fee Facility.
