The final site plan approvals could be provided, with a prior agreement, and included in a sale or joint venture agreement. This would include a total construction budget, complete and approved site engineering and landscape plans and drawings, as well as architectural drawings completed through schematic design. At this stage of completion, the project would be “shovel ready”.
