Ground is broken and construction is underway on the first speculative cold storage warehouse in Houston. Expected delivery of Q1 2022. Flexible opportunity with the ability to accommodate a single or multiple tenants, and any food use including cold storage, food distribution, and food manufacturing/processing. The planned facility is a 50' clear, fully frozen building, but during the initial phase of construction this can be customized to suit other building types. The site is within the heavyweight corridor of Port Houston making it an ideal cold solution for users with a port-centric operation.
