CubeSmart is a ground-up development consisting of a single-story 100% climate-controlled building and five single-story drive-up buildings.  Sitting on approximately 7.74 acres, Phase I will offer tenants 80,390 rentable square feet and 736 units, ranging in size from 5’ x 5’ to 17’ x 30’.  The Phase I unit mix of this institutional development is broken down as 60% climate controlled and 40% non-climate.  The anticipated delivery date of Phase I is February 2021.  Additionally, there are existing plans for an approximate 19,440 square foot expansion for a total development size of 97,930 NRSF.
