Carrie specializes in tenant representation and leasing office property in the St. Louis market. With over 20 years of experience, Carrie has the expertise to advise clients through the entire commercial real estate lifecycle from site selection, phased development, and property lease-up.

Carrie works with both occupier and investor clients, navigating them through the maze of details needed to be successful in the local office market. Working on both sides of the negotiation table, Carrie leverages her knowledge of the various Class A submarkets in St. Louis to consistently obtain the best terms for her clients. She is an advocate from start to finish and diligently works to ensure her clients’ success.

Prior to joining Colliers, Carrie was a Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. Prior to joining Gateway in 2011, Carrie was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle and was responsible for leasing the largest asset in the St. Louis area - Metropolitan Square at 1.5 million square feet.

Carrie started her career in 2000 with a local development company, The Koman Group. During her career at Koman, she was responsible for pre-leasing approximately 1.5 million square feet of new office and mixed-use developments, which she did successfully.

In addition to her industry involvement, Carrie has volunteered with several organizations within the St. Louis community.

Dan is a Senior Vice President with Colliers International’s St. Louis office focusing his brokerage services practice on industrial property in the regional market. Serving both occupier and investor clients, Dan has extensive experience in lease negotiation, market analysis, site selection, property valuation and underwriting, and market analysis.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Dan was Director of Leasing and Acquisitions with Sangita Capital Partners. He directed all leasing and marketing activities for Sangita’s portfolio of office and industrial buildings. Dan also spearheaded the underwriting of new acquisitions and lead new development initiatives.

Dan has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2010, beginning in office and industrial leasing with Lincoln Property Company in Atlanta, Georgia. For Lincoln, Dan assisted on multiple project leasing assignments of over four million square feet of office and industrial property. Subsequently, Dan was an Associate with Gateway Commercial, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance firm in St. Louis specializing in industrial sales and leasing.

Dan is active in the St. Louis community volunteering in the past with several organizations such as St. Jude’s, Friends of Saint Luke’s Hospital, St. Vincent De Paul, Habitat for Humanity and more. Dan sits on the Executive Board for Young Friends of Mercy and the College Alumni Board for Christian Brothers.

Rocky specializes in office brokerage throughout the St. Louis market. With 15 years in the industry, he works with a variety of clients handling both landlord and tenant representation, development, and consulting projects.

Rocky joined Colliers in October 2009. Prior to that, he was a Sales & Leasing broker with Gershman Commercial where he earned the “Rookie of the Year” title. Before Gershman, he was a Market Analyst with Meritage Homes in Southwest Florida where he was involved in land acquisition for planned unit developments.

Rocky is a graduate of Missouri State University in Springfield, MO where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. Rocky has participated in numerous charities helping raise funds for Scramble for Kids, Easter Seals Midwest, Mission St. Louis, Children’s Miracle Network, and Big Brother and Big Sisters. He was a “Big” in Fort Myers, Florida.

Rocky and his wife Pam have two sons, Rockwell (3) and Conrad (1), and reside in Des Peres, MO. When Rocky is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Since 2009, Chad has worked in the commercial real estate industry representing occupiers and investors in various investment and industrial transactions.  For occupier clients, Chad leverages his background in finance and thorough understanding of the local market to work through lease negotiations and help make their real estate decisions a competitive advantage. For the investors and financial institutions, he works with, Chad delivers educated analysis which enables clients to gauge profit margins and work towards leasing their properties with qualified, long-term tenants.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Chad was a Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis.  At Gateway, Chad spent seven (7) years at Cushman & Wakefield in Saint Louis. Throughout his career, Chad has worked with clients including Panattoni Development, Duke Realty, Reckitt Benckiser, Ben Hur Steel Worx, etrailor, Bassik Service, Wainwright Industries, MiTek Industries, Inc., and Cosmos Corporation.

In addition to his industry involvement, Chad currently holds the role of Advisor Board Member for Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Forum Board and is on the Advisory Board for Enterprise Bank & Trust - St. Peters. He is currently a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of St. Charles County and is a Committee Member for the Boys and Girls Club Clay Bird Shoot.

As a licensed attorney, Rebekah (Becky) Bahn Kingston is uniquely qualified to advise clients on tenant representation, investment opportunities and the sale and/or leasing of commercial property in the St. Louis market. With her background in law, Becky handles several high-profile transactions annually, tenaciously negotiating on her client's behalf to get the best terms possible. She currently focuses on corporate clients, specialty lab and office products, and creative solutions for small business owners.

Becky joined Colliers as Vice President in 2011. With fifteen years of experience, she has worked with businesses large and small throughout the region. Prior to her employment with Colliers, Becky spent 6 years with Grubb & Ellis | Gundaker after graduation from law school and successfully passing the bar exam.

Becky obtained her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and she recently served on the St. Louis Chapter’s Board of Directors as President. 

St. Louis community as a Board Member for Enterprise Bank, a volunteer with the Thompson Foundation for Autism, and a governor at the Missouri Athletic Club. She is also very involved in her children’s schools and is an avid golfer with a 6-handicap.
