Carrie specializes in tenant representation and leasing office property in the St. Louis market. With over 20 years of experience, Carrie has the expertise to advise clients through the entire commercial real estate lifecycle from site selection, phased development, and property lease-up.

Carrie works with both occupier and investor clients, navigating them through the maze of details needed to be successful in the local office market. Working on both sides of the negotiation table, Carrie leverages her knowledge of the various Class A submarkets in St. Louis to consistently obtain the best terms for her clients. She is an advocate from start to finish and diligently works to ensure her clients’ success.

Prior to joining Colliers, Carrie was a Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. Prior to joining Gateway in 2011, Carrie was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle and was responsible for leasing the largest asset in the St. Louis area - Metropolitan Square at 1.5 million square feet.

Carrie started her career in 2000 with a local development company, The Koman Group. During her career at Koman, she was responsible for pre-leasing approximately 1.5 million square feet of new office and mixed-use developments, which she did successfully.

In addition to her industry involvement, Carrie has volunteered with several organizations within the St. Louis community.

Dan is a Senior Vice President with Colliers International’s St. Louis office focusing his brokerage services practice on industrial property in the regional market. Serving both occupier and investor clients, Dan has extensive experience in lease negotiation, market analysis, site selection, property valuation and underwriting, and market analysis.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Dan was Director of Leasing and Acquisitions with Sangita Capital Partners. He directed all leasing and marketing activities for Sangita’s portfolio of office and industrial buildings. Dan also spearheaded the underwriting of new acquisitions and lead new development initiatives.

Dan has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2010, beginning in office and industrial leasing with Lincoln Property Company in Atlanta, Georgia. For Lincoln, Dan assisted on multiple project leasing assignments of over four million square feet of office and industrial property. Subsequently, Dan was an Associate with Gateway Commercial, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance firm in St. Louis specializing in industrial sales and leasing.

Dan is active in the St. Louis community volunteering in the past with several organizations such as St. Jude’s, Friends of Saint Luke’s Hospital, St. Vincent De Paul, Habitat for Humanity and more. Dan sits on the Executive Board for Young Friends of Mercy and the College Alumni Board for Christian Brothers.

Rocky specializes in office brokerage throughout the St. Louis market. With 15 years in the industry, he works with a variety of clients handling both landlord and tenant representation, development, and consulting projects.

Rocky joined Colliers in October 2009. Prior to that, he was a Sales & Leasing broker with Gershman Commercial where he earned the “Rookie of the Year” title. Before Gershman, he was a Market Analyst with Meritage Homes in Southwest Florida where he was involved in land acquisition for planned unit developments.

Rocky is a graduate of Missouri State University in Springfield, MO where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. Rocky has participated in numerous charities helping raise funds for Scramble for Kids, Easter Seals Midwest, Mission St. Louis, Children’s Miracle Network, and Big Brother and Big Sisters. He was a “Big” in Fort Myers, Florida.

Rocky and his wife Pam have two sons, Rockwell (3) and Conrad (1), and reside in Des Peres, MO. When Rocky is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Since 2009, Chad has worked in the commercial real estate industry representing occupiers and investors in various investment and industrial transactions.  For occupier clients, Chad leverages his background in finance and thorough understanding of the local market to work through lease negotiations and help make their real estate decisions a competitive advantage. For the investors and financial institutions, he works with, Chad delivers educated analysis which enables clients to gauge profit margins and work towards leasing their properties with qualified, long-term tenants.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Chad was a Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis.  At Gateway, Chad spent seven (7) years at Cushman & Wakefield in Saint Louis. Throughout his career, Chad has worked with clients including Panattoni Development, Duke Realty, Reckitt Benckiser, Ben Hur Steel Worx, etrailor, Bassik Service, Wainwright Industries, MiTek Industries, Inc., and Cosmos Corporation.

In addition to his industry involvement, Chad currently holds the role of Advisor Board Member for Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Forum Board and is on the Advisory Board for Enterprise Bank & Trust - St. Peters. He is currently a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of St. Charles County and is a Committee Member for the Boys and Girls Club Clay Bird Shoot.

Since 1974, Dennis has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business working as an appraiser, property manager, broker, and consultant. With this eclectic background, Dennis serves both occupier and investor clients leading them through complex leasing and sales transactions.

As an Executive Vice President with Colliers St. Louis, his experienced, results-driven approach has made him a trusted leader and advisor for clients and colleagues. Concentrating his efforts on the local office market, Dennis has advised clients through some of the largest transactions in the St. Louis region. He has received several accolades throughout his career and continues to be an industry leader due to his energy, creativity, and market insight.

Prior to joining Colliers, Dennis was Senior Director and Principal at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. During his time at Gateway, Dennis worked with several large, investor and occupier clients such as Ernst & Young, Pfizer, Jacobs Engineering, BJC Health System, RREEF, TIAA, FedEx, Centene, GMAC, Citicorp Real Estate Inc., THF Realty, and Saint Louis University. He has worked on investment sales, disposition and leasing and tenant representation assignments ranging in size and complexity.

In addition to his industry involvement, Dennis contributes his time and talents to various community organizations. He is a past board member of the White House Retreat, Chesterfield Arts Board, Missouri Growth Association and currently serves on the Property and Finance Committee of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

Working closely with the seasoned professionals at Colliers St. Louis, Justin focuses his brokerage practice on occupier services, specifically for office property. With a rich and diverse background in business development, Justin fosters relationships with clients helping them generate targeted solutions with an interdisciplinary approach. He is passionate about bringing together Colliers’s occupier services team with office clients to find innovative yet disciplined approaches to reach the best results. His customized, team-oriented approach is supported by his desire to work earnestly to listen to what matters most to clients. As a believer in the strength in numbers style, Justin strives to focus on advisement that is both effective and efficient.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Justin worked with Cintas Corporation as a sales representative working with small to large business owners.  He has also worked for companies such as John Henry Foster, Savvis Corporation, Energizer and Target in various business development roles since graduating from Truman State University.

Over the years, Justin has been heavily involved in investing in his community through serving with Mission St. Louis and through several leadership positions at The Journey Church.

Geoff has been an industrial real estate broker for over 33 years and is a leader in the Midwest industrial market providing seller/landlord and buyer/tenant representation services. He has represented clients on numerous transactions involving industrial manufacturing and warehouse real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Geoff is heavily involved with supply chain clients delivering strategic real estate services to address his clients’ needs. Geoff’s experience has made him an expert in Missouri and Illinois markets and working with brokers from across the country. Geoff leverages this knowledge to negotiate the best terms for his clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Geoff was a Senior Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. Prior to Gateway, Geoff spent six (6) years at Cushman & Wakefield and eight (8) years at Trammell Crow Company. Throughout his career, Geoff has worked with clients including Panattoni Development,  Duke Realty, Reckitt Benckiser, Ben Hur Steel Worx, MEMC Electronic Materials, Wainwright Industries, MiTek Industries, Inc., and Crane Co.

In addition to his industry involvement with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Geoff is very active in the community. Currently, Geoff serves on the board of Emmaus Homes and Lighthouse for the Blind, is past president of Rotary International St. Peters, Missouri Club.

As a Senior Vice President with Colliers St. Louis, Andy specializes in occupier services for office, industrial, land and investment property. Since entering the industry in 1985, Andy has worked with several major corporations and small business owners. Specifically, Andy understands the complexities of leasing and/or acquiring corporate headquarters and has led clients through numerous successful transactions. With a background in finance, Andy combines his local market knowledge with 35 years of experience to help clients leverage current economic trends and obtain the most optimal terms for their business.

Prior to joining Colliers, Andy was a Senior Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. During his time at Gateway, Andy worked with several large, occupier clients such as Corizon, Sunset Transportation, Sanofi-Aventis, DPI and Melton Machine.

For several years, Andy has volunteered with First Robotics as a mentor for high school students. He has also been involved with World Impact and his church.
