Pleasanton Office Adds New Senior Vice President Angelina Leeds

Pleasanton, CA – January 20, 2023 – Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers has announced that Angelina Leeds has joined its Pleasanton office as Senior Vice President.

Leeds brings 17-years of Bay Area real estate experience to her position with Colliers, most recently with Leeds Real Estate Group Inc. That boutique firm was founded by her in Pleasanton in 2017.

An expert in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for publicly traded REITs, private corporations and family-owned portfolios, Leeds has counted Digital Realty Trust and Ellis Partners LLC amongst her past employers.

A listing of her real estate accomplishments notes many impressive firsts and multiple instances of barrier breaking including in 2021, when Leeds was elected Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Commercial Broker Association, thus becoming the first woman to hold this position.

A career priority for Leeds has always been supporting and helping grow opportunities for women in the industry. In 2019, this commitment led her to found the #CRE Ladies Group, a Bay Area based educational and networking organization that currently has 221 women members.

These achievements demonstrate why Leeds is a perfect fit for a leadership position in the Pleasanton Colliers office. In 2022, Colliers was named to Forbes’ 2022 Top Female Friendly Companies Worldwide list.

Angelina started her career in commercial real estate in acquisitions for Digital Realty Trust, focusing on data centers in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Since then she has worked for Ellis Partners LLC, a private development company, publically traded brokerages, and previously owned an independent brokerage, Leeds Real Estate Group, Inc. By focusing on the needs of the client, she builds long-term relationships that last a lifetime. In her spare time, Angelina enjoys running, hiking, and playing soccer with her husband and two boys. She loves investing in real estate and manages her family’s investment portfolio.

Mike has been with Colliers since 2001. His focus is on representing both corporate tenants and institutional landlords in the East Bay with their local and national real estate needs. He acts as a single point of contact, assisting his clients with acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, financial analysis, market analysis, lease administration and portfolio strategy.
