Colliers International Announces Sale of El Cajon’s Villa Embasadora Motel

84-unit motel on El Cajon’s E Main Street sells for $6,350,000


SAN DIEGO – April 4, 2019 – Colliers International San Diego Region announces the sale of Villa Embasadora, an 84-unit motel property located at 1550-56 E Main Street in El Cajon for $6,350,000.


Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers International’s Multifamily Advisory Group represented the seller, Villa Embasadora Inn, LLC and the buyer.  The buyer was undisclosed.

Villa Embasadora Inn is an economy motel providing lodging for budget travelers, providing quiet, clean rooms in San Diego’s East County. Built in 1972, the 25,829 SF property features 84 units and convenient access to the Interstate 8 freeway and major El Cajon roadways including Broadway and Jamacha Road.
