Jupiter Holdings Tilts Walls on 84k sf Industrial Facility in Menifee

Jupiter Holdings LLC recently completed tilting walls for its newest Building 2, an 84.3k sf industrial building in the south Riverside County city of Menifee. The building is located at 33360 Zeiders Rd, just off I-215 south of the Scott Rd interchange.

The new building, sitting just north of the Murrieta and Temecula submarkets, offers the city’s first Class A industrial product since 2018. Building 2 is part of the five-building development project known as Scott Road Commerce Center.

Upon completion, the building will boast heavy power capabilities with 2,000 amps, 18 dock-high doors for loading and unloading, a 24’ height clearance, and six ramp-level doors. Building 2 is on track for an April 2022 completion and follows the firm’s recent lease extensions with Chute Systems and Channell Construction, both of which have resided in Building 1 since its 2018 completion.

The balance of the project (545k sf in three additional buildings) will commence construction in April 2022. The entire five-building development is on track for completion in early 2023.
