A group of Carlsbad retail condominium units in the recently finished Grand Madison mixed-use development has been sold for $3.6 million.
JJP Holdings acquired the property at 711 Grand Ave. from Grand Madison, LLC.
The 4,584 square-foot retail portion bought by JJP Holdings is comprised of three units ranging from 1,036 square feet to 1,915 square feet.
The four-story Grand Madison has 11 residential condominiums above the retail space.
Grand Madison was represented by Vic Gausepohl and Kirk Allison of Colliers International San Diego region.
JJP Holdings was represented by Jayden Park of Big Block Realty.
“Grand Madison is Carlsbad’s newest, high-end mixed-use destination,” Gausepohl said. “This was a great opportunity for an investor to acquire a newly-constructed, high-quality retail property in the heart of the highly desirable Village of Carlsbad.”
