Industrial showroom sells for $5.1 million

A 22,662-square-foot industrial showroom building has been sold for $5.1 million.


Evan McDonald, Tucker Hohenstein and Mike Erwin of Colliers International represented the seller, Carvin Business Properties, LLC.

CAMP Holding, LLC acquired the building with representation from Cushman & Wakefield. Located at 8185 Camino Santa Fe, the building is a freestanding, two-story structure that was constructed in 1998 with high visibility from Miramar Road.

The property features a 22-foot clear height, dock- and grade-level loading and a full concrete lot among other amenities. The nearest freeway to the industrial showroom building is Interstate 805.
