Latitude Office Building in San Diego Sells

JV Pays $7.5 Million for Governor Park Plaza Property

DMJ Capital Partners and StoneSteps Real Estate acquired the Latitude office building at 6265 Greenwich Drive in San Diego, California, for $7.5 million, or about $231 per square foot, from DMTM Investments.

The two-story, multi-tenant office building totals 32,483 square feet within the Governor Park Plaza office park and features a sapphire blue reflective glass exterior.

Grandview Management Partners has been retained to handle property management following the sale.

Tom Wilcox and Matt Zimsky with Colliers represented the seller. The buyers handled the deal in-house.
