Mixed-use commercial residential property in the heart of Old Town San Diego

A mixed-use commercial residential property in the heart of Old Town San Diego has been sold for $1.7 million.

Bud Marsh with Colliers International represented the seller, Friend Family Trust. Jessica Vance with Infinite Real Estate Ventures represented the buyer.

The property at 3886 Ampudia Street is a free-standing, two-story commercial building with second floor office or residential space. A former photography studio with 15-foot open beam ceiling and a 10-foot-by-12-foot barn door lets in natural light.

Built in 1988, the building has all modern features, including heat, air conditioning, four restrooms and kitchen area. The building is close to Interstates 8 and 5 but is within a few feet of the Old Town exit and on-ramp.
