Colliers International San Diego Region announces the sale of three land parcels housing two commercial buildings located in Old Town San Diego

January 9, 2019— Colliers International San Diego Region announces the sale of three land parcels housing two commercial buildings located in Old Town San Diego at 1858-66 San Diego Avenue, San Diego, CA for $1,625,000.

Bill Shrader and Luke Holler of Colliers International San Diego Region’s Urban Property Team represented the buyer, BRJO Holdings, LLC. Chuck Currey of Lockwood Commercial represented the seller, SD Triangle, LLC.

The sale adds to a steady increase in activity in the Old Town area for Colliers International’s Urban Property Team. In 2018, the team secured an investor for 2515 San Diego Avenue, advised in the acquisition and repositioning of 3974 Harney Street, and leased 2414 San Diego Avenue to Tahona, a vibrant new restaurant and bar focusing on Mexico’s iconic mezcal beverage.
