Vic Galanis Joins Colliers Salt Lake City

Colliers International today announced that Vic Galanis has joined the firm's Downtown Salt Lake City office at 111 Main. Galanis was named executive vice president and will play a critical role as Colliers continues to build the leading tenant representation service platform in the Intermountain West.

Galanis was previously at CBRE in Salt Lake City and a trusted real estate advisor to many of the most acclaimed professional service firms, IT businesses and industry-leading corporations and public institutions in the Intermountain West. While at CBRE Galanis was a top producing office broker in CBRE’s Southwest Region in 2016 & 2017 and the recipient of Utah’s CCIM 2018 Specialty Broker of the Year Award.


Galanis provides a strategic multidisciplinary team approach with expertise in headquarters and regional office assignments, multi-location site selection, relocation, expansion, and consolidations requirements, acquisitions and sale/leaseback transactions. He is a member of SIOR, an elite group of 3,000 members worldwide, where he maintains an active role in the organization’s Utah chapter leadership.  Galanis was the 2017 recipient of the award for the Largest Dollar Volume Member-to-Member Office Transaction within SIOR.
