Colliers Utah adds finance expert in Utah County

Pleasant Grove — Colliers Utah today announced that Spencer Strong has joined the company as part of the Jarrod Hunt Industrial Team in Utah County.  “Adding a dynamic presence like Spencer reflects our dedication to delivering best-in-class service for our clients and professionals,” says Hunt. “His background in finance enables him to bring added value to clients looking to better understand their investment and leasing decisions.” 

Strong will focus on tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales in the land and industrial markets alongside industry veteran Jarrod Hunt, the market’s number one selling and leasing industrial real estate broker for the past 14 consecutive years.

Strong began his career in the residential market while finishing his finance degree from the Brigham Young University Marriot School of Management. He then worked almost exclusively alongside Millcreek Commercial Properties and their triple-net tenant-in-common retail and medical properties before joining Hunt’s team. 

Strong is an active member of the BYU Real Estate Association and has enjoyed the relationships he’s formed with professionals all across the country. He has developed skillsets in healthcare, financial analysis, investment properties, industrial services, and land marketing.
