Innovative Health Technology Firm Leases 22,268 SF at Freedom Commons

Provo — Colliers announces Serenity Health headquarters in Utah, a leader in healthcare technology, has leased 22,268 square feet of office space at Freedom Commons. Developed by PEG Companies and located at 182 N Freedom Blvd in the heart of the Provo City, Freedom Commons is the first Class A office complex built within the city in more than a decade.

With PEG, Merrill Lynch and other prominent groups taking sizable blocks of space within the property for headquarters, Serenity joins a quickly expanding list of corporations moving primary business operations to Downtown Provo. Colliers brokers Brandon Fugal, Josh Smith, Angela Galbraith, and John Monson represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
