Colliers Completes Sale of Former Xactware Campus

Colliers International facilitated the sale of one of the finest corporate headquarter facilities in the Intermountain West. Central Utah Water purchased the former Xactware campus, which includes two buildings totaling over 92,042 square feet of Class A office space in Orem. Brandon Fugal and Cody Black from Colliers International brokered this notable transaction as Central Utah Water looks to enhance future operations.

“The former Xactware space has served a catalyst for economic development within Utah County,” said Brandon Fugal, chairman of Colliers International | Utah. “This world-class facility will continue to deliver enhanced value throughout the region as Central Utah Water expands its service to residents within the state.”

Central Utah Water’s primary responsibility is to deliver clean, useable water to customers by managing the vast CUP and District network of water facilities. The organization manages three water treatment facilities in Utah Valley, Ashley Valley and Duchesne County as well as administers the sale of water to its customers.

The group also tracks precipitation levels and makes decisions on how best to serve current customers and store water for future generations. Central Utah water is proud of its role in managing the water in its jurisdiction and using technology, intelligence and hard work to ensure the best possible balance for man and nature.

“Central Utah Water plays a critical role in strengthening the overall stability of our community,” said Fugal. “This new facility creates a perfect environment for Central Utah Water to preserve and deliver our most indispensable resource for generations to come.”
