New South-West Valley Location Selected by Leading Companies
Colliers International announced the execution of two leases at District Heights in South Jordan. Security National Mortgage Company and Larson & Company are the latest companies to join the growing tenant list at District Heights. Brandon Fugal, Jordan Wall and Josh Smith from Colliers International represent the development.

Founded in 1993, Security National is one of the largest retail mortgage lenders in the United States and a subsidiary of the Security National Financial Corporation. With hundreds of professional branches and nearly one thousand loan officers nationwide, Security National helps thousands of consumers achieve homeownership. The company will occupy 3,400 square feet on the first floor of District Heights.
Larson & Company was founded in 1975, offering auditing services to insurance entities. Larson has expanded to serve businesses in a wide range of industries, including technology and software, manufacturing, nonprofits, government entities, large corporations, small businesses and individuals. The company will occupy 22,000 square feet on the third floor of District Heights.
