Andrew Bell Joins To Top Performing Industrial Team

Salt Lake City further expands industrial services

Salt Lake City, UT. March 17, 2022 –

Andrew recently joined Colliers top performing industrial team in the downtown office. Andrew specializes in industrial assets, working with SIOR Rusty Bollow and Bobby Stevens, one of the most dynamic industrial teams along the Wasatch Front who handle millions of square feet in transactions each year. "We are very excited to have Andrew be a part of our team" said Rusty Bollow, Executive Vice President of Colliers. "He brings great experience in prospecting and will create more opportunities for us to better serve our clients." 

Andrew's commercial real estate career began with Millcreek Commercial, specifically focused on single-tenant net leased assets. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable on 1031 exchanges, fractional ownership, and investment sales. In his first two years he closed just over $17M worth of product, rising to top producer in 2021 with 29 transactions in a wide variety of properties including: Dollar Tree, CVS Pharmacy, and multiple medical assets.  

Andrew Bell is a graduate of the Weber State University Professional Sales Program where he excelled academically and represented the university in the National Collegiate Sales Competition.  Andrew joins an expanding list of commercial real estate leaders who have joined Colliers in Utah over the past few years. Utah's industrial market continues to thrive, and Colliers is focused on effectively helping businesses expand or relocate into the Utah market.

When Andrew isn’t working on a deal, he is busy with his growing family of four, or enjoying the beautiful state of Utah by snowboarding, wakeboarding, or running in a Spartan race. He is also fluent in Spanish, having served abroad for two years in Uruguay.

Rusty received his real estate license in 1997. Since then, he has completed more than

of over 12 million square feet of facilities, and an excess of 600 acres of land sales.

Bobby Stevens

Vice President

Bobby Stevens is a Vice President with Colliers International specializing in industrial real estate. He began his commercial real estate career in 2008 in the appraisal industry. He worked with The Fortis Group (later Integra Realty Resources) for 2 1/2 years, then went into residential and commercial construction, before starting at Cushman & Wakefield as an Analyst in 2016. He later moved into brokerage at C&W, until joining Rusty Bollow at Colliers in 2018. As a fourth generation commercial real estate professional in  Salt Lake County, he has a vast knowledge of the area and local clientele. 

Bobby has worked on a large variety of transactions, representing owners & landlords, as well as buyers & tenants, and developers in the market. He has experience working with diverse types of companies from specialized manufacturing, to big box distribution, to Class A office/warehouse. He has helped startup companies to find their first location, assisted multi-million dollar national companies relocating their corporate headquarters, and assisted Fortune 500 companies expand and relocate.
