Scott Bennett and Mike Finley can claim ownership of the region's largest office lease of 2022.
Flash memory storage company Solidigm was represented by Bennett and Finley in its January lease of a new R&D campus encompassing 62,000-square-feet at 3078 Prospect Park and 175,000-square-feet at Rancho Cordova’s White Rock Corporate Campus. Bennett provided local brokerage services in partnership with Finley, who manages the account relationship globally.
Spread out over four total buildings, the transaction includes both lab and office space and represents not only the year’s biggest lease but the largest ever in the Rancho Cordova and Highway 50 Corridor submarket dating back to the year 2000.
Bennett, a broker with vast knowledge of the Greater Sacramento region, said that Solidigm’s long-term commitment to the Sacramento community represents an important leap forward for the market’s ability to attract high-profile companies.
“We worked with the Solidigm team for about a year to evaluate all possible Sacramento-area options. The combination of these two sites met their needs for robust power infrastructure, a campus environment for their employees and room for future growth,” said Bennett.

Solidigm, which has its headquarters in San Jose and is a standalone U.S. subsidiary of South Korean company SK Hynix Inc. [FM1] was impressed by Bennett’s and Finley’s expertise and professionalism throughout the process.
