Badiee Development sells two new industrial buildings in Metro Air Park to Canadian firm BentallGreenOak | Colliers Sacramento

Two new industrial buildings in Metro Air Park that sold recently aren't the behemoths of recent years, but they're a good sign for the sector overall, according to a broker on the deal.

Sacramento, CA | December 29, 2022 - The buildings, roughly 183,000 and126,000 square feet at 7180 Badiee Drive, sold in early December to Toronto-based institutional investor BentallGreenOak for about $55.4million, according to records.

"They were buying it at completion," said Mark Demetre, a senior vice president at Colliers who is also working on leasing the two buildings, developed by La Jolla-based Badiee Development. "We have good activity on them."

Bob has invested in his leadership development, recently completing the two year Management Development Program at Colliers in partnership with Harvard Business School and completing the year long Leadership Sacramento Class of 2021 through the Sacramento Metro Chamber Foundation.
