MM Invesco scoops up another West Sac industrial building, this one empty, as market sees signs of slowing


Following through on a plan hatched months ago, publicly traded investment company Invesco Ltd. has scooped up a nearly 150,000-square-foot West Sacramento industrial building — for now, without a tenant.

"We're currently looking at adding some spec improvements," said Matt Lofrano of Colliers, who is listing the building at 3095 Mary Place with Hannah Crandall of Colliers. "There will definitely be a tenant, or multiple tenants, out there."
