Colliers Arkansas reaches 20M square feet under management

Denise Hanson is an Executive Vice President and Principal at Colliers | Arkansas where she specializes in commercial property management and leasing. Denise also serves as Director of Property Management and oversees the delivery of management services to the firm’s portfolio of commercial, office, industrial, retail, and self-storage properties. Denise attended UA Little Rock, majoring in business administration. She joined Colliers (formerly Barnes, Quinn, Flake & Anderson, Inc.) in 1993 and became a Principal with the firm in 2007.

Megan Murdock is an Executive Portfolio Manager and Principal at Colliers | Arkansas.  Megan joined the firm in September of 2014 as Property Manager after relocating from North Carolina where she specialized in the multi-family industry. She is now an Executive Portfolio Manager becoming a Principal with the firm in 2023.   She oversees the Northwest Arkansas commercial management portfolio of over 2 million square feet including a mix industrial, medical office, retail and office space. 

Miranda began her career in commercial real estate in Summer 2017  as an Administrative Assistant and has been recently promoted to Property Manager in the Northwest Arkansas office. Miranda recently achieved her CMCP accredidation and is now a licensed real estate agent.
