Ricky Anderson joined Colliers International in May of 2007 as a commercial agent and quickly became an integral part of the brokerage team representing owners and occupiers of office and industrial properties. Since 2007, Ricky has negotiated over 450 transactions valued at over $130 million. Clients have included defense contractors, REITS, national corporations, medical practices, and local businesses and developers.

A lifelong Virginia Beach native, Ricky graduation from Virginia Tech with a degree in business finance. Ricky currently resides in Virginia beach with his wife and two daughters.

During his career, he has earned his MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, attained the LEED AP designation, and earned the SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®). Lang keeps current with best practices and trends by attending real estate and other industry conferences as well as through active participation in various industry associations. As founder and co-chair of the Hampton Roads LogistXGames, Lang has helped raise nearly $430,000 in support of scholarships at local community colleges to help train and develop the Norfolk logistics workforce. Prashant Merchant joined Colliers as a Senior Vice President in January 2021. Formerly, Prashant led The Merchant Hotel Group at Marcus & Millichap as a Vice President of Investments and a Director at the firm’s Hospitality Division. Prashant is based in Richmond, Virginia with a primary focus on the analysis and disposition of Hotels/Motels in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets with an emphasis on exclusive seller representation. He was promoted to Executive Vice President at Colliers in May of 2022.

As a hospitality investment specialist, Prashant advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of hotels/motels in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, with an emphasis on exclusive seller representation. Prashant provides his clients with access to the largest pool of regional, national, and international qualified investors to create a competitive bidding environment upon asset disposition. Prashant has completed acquisitions and dispositions under all major hotel franchises including Hilton, Marriott, Best Western, Choice, and Wyndham. He and his team, Merchant Hotel Group, focus on mid-market client dispositions of limited, select, and full-service hotels across economy, midscale, and upper midscale categories. Executive Vice President and Principal, Perry Frazer has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience. Perry was named the Managing Director of the Hampton Roads office in 2014. Rob specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial/investment properties, as well as commercial land sales in the Central/Western and Southern Virginia marketplace.

As managing director of the Charlottesville office for more than twelve years, he has developed a team of bright professionals and leads them to success each year. Under his leadership, the firm dominates the local commercial real estate market.

Prior to becoming managing director and supervising broker of the Charlottesville office in July of 2006, he worked for Real Estate III Commercial Properties, Inc. At that time, he spearheaded the development of Zion Crossroads Industrial Park. Rob’s career began in 1991 at Bullock, Terrell and Manelley (BTM) in Atlanta, Georgia, where he handled commercial leasing from both a tenant and landlord perspective. George Hankins (Hank) is a Senior Vice President of Investment Properties, specializing in the execution of multifamily property sales throughout the Hampton Roads metropolitan area. Hank is an integral part of the underwriting, marketing and sales process for multifamily properties and promotes Colliers' platform in the Southeastern region of Virginia. 

During his career, Hankins has been involved in more than $1 billion in multifamily sales throughout the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets. In addition to dispositions, Hankins has also held the role as principal partner for Croatan Investments, leading their acquisitions team as it closed $125 million in multifamily property transactions in Virginia and North Carolina in a two-year period.

I  joined the Charlottesville office in 2018 as a Vice President. I was born in Central Virginia and raised in Albemarle County. Being raised in Central Virginia gives me an extensive knowledge of the real estate market here and allows me to find the perfect location for my clients.

My diverse assignments include manufacturing facilities, mixed office and industrial flex properties, build-to-suit projects, and the full range of warehouse and distribution requirements. I have also represented clients with out-of-market distribution / logistics ventures and have a solid understanding of multi-faceted elements required. I approach each assignment with diligence and a bottom-line mindset – determined to optimize the value of clients’ real estate transactions.

My territory  stretches along the Interstate 81 corridor, covering Central Virginia , The Shenandoah Valley and Southwest Virginia. My large territory allows me to have a regional understanding of the current state of the industrial real estate market.

Ashton Williamson, a Hampton Roads native, has worked full time in the commercial real estate industry in Hampton Roads since 1987. Prior to entering sales and leasing in 1995, Ashton was a certified general commercial real estate appraiser licensed in Virginia and North Carolina. He earned the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute in 1995. 

Since 2010, Ashton has been involved in over 500 transactions with the Industrial Team with a total in excess of 40 million sq. ft. leased/sold.
