Veteran-owned air purification company, Oransi, Selects Radford for First Manufacturing Plant

Colliers International (“Colliers”) recently announced the acquisition of the Plymouth Building at 113 Corporate Drive (the “Property”) in Radford, Virginia for $3,300,000.00 for its client, Oransi, a leading air purification company known for its efficient, intuitive and reliable products. Frank Hargrove and Will Bradley represented Oransi in the transaction. The seller was L&M Properties, LLC.

“We operate in a very competitive market. Being able make products in the US at a competitive price, coupled with better performance, will be our differentiator and this facility plays a key piece in that. It’s really a game changer for competitive price points for made in the U.S. products.” -Peter Mann, Founder and CEO, Oransi.

The Property will serve as Oransi’s first manufacturing facility in the United States, focusing on the development of the company’s best-in-class air purifiers. More than 100 jobs will be created for the Radford community. This transaction is a major milestone for the company, allowing Oransi to expand its U.S.-made products and transition away from overseas manufacturing.

The Property is strategically located on the I-81 corridor, offering proximity to many of Virginia’s prominent educational institutions as well as the region’s local talent pool of engineers. Oransi anticipates operations to begin without delay.
