Three Team Members Join Colliers Virginia to Close Out the Month of November

Richmond, VA – November 20, 2020Colliers Virginia is pleased to announce the addition of three new members within its fast-growing real estate management services (REMS) division.  

Justin Scislowicz
Justin joined Colliers from CGL where he was a facilities manager responsible for managing the maintenance and facilities department for over 400,000 square feet of a correctional facility.  Prior to CGL, Justin spent over three years with CBRE in various facilities management positions.

Justin will work alongside Todd Willett, Greg Nachman, and Hallie Hawkins as a property manager focused on a portfolio consisting of over 750,000 square feet of medical retail, office, and distribution space.  

Grant Northrop
Prior to Colliers, Grant served as the Chief Technical Officer with Knowledge Facilitation Group since 2015.  His responsibilities included maximizing development, delivery, and technical support to technology-based business solutions for the Department of Defense and industry clients.  

Grant joins Colliers as a Technical Support Specialist where he will serve the Richmond and Charlottesville offices.  

Brittany Patterson
Brittany comes to Colliers from Lexus of Richmond where she served as an accounts payable specialist where she was responsible for posting invoices, cut checks, and assisted with the reconciliation of accounts.  Prior to Lexus, Brittany worked with Land Rover of Richmond.  She has over five years of experience in accounts payable.  

Brittany will work alongside of Craig Broughton and Kimberly Dyson as an accounts payable specialist.

Todd Willett

Todd Willett is the Regional Managing Director of REMS|Virginia  and oversees and coordinates a team of real estate managers and support staff responsible for over 50  million square feet of office, flex, industrial, and retail assignments. Todd has 25 years of experience and joined the firm in 1998. Previously he was with a real estate development company for nine years where he was responsible for development, property management, accounting and administration for office buildings, medical centers and industrial properties. In addition, Todd spent three years managing residential properties in Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. In Northern Virginia, he was responsible for 3,000 residential properties which consisted of single family homes, apartments and condominiums. In the Hampton Roads area, Todd was responsible for 500 resort homes and condominiums. Todd is a Certified Property Manager and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Wesleyan College. He recently served as the Regional Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
