Located at 3008 Mechanicsville Turnpike, the Property is 100% leased to Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority’s supply chain logistics headquarters and serves as the health systems primary distribution facility for their regional healthcare operations.

VCU Health recently recommitted to the submarket through their relocation and significant expansion to the 89,931 square foot former Pepsi distribution facility under a long-term lease.
