Colliers Continues to See Growth with Numerous Hires and Promotions

Todd Willett is the Regional Managing Director of REMS|Virginia  and oversees and coordinates a team of real estate managers and support staff responsible for over 50  million square feet of office, flex, industrial, and retail assignments. Todd has 25 years of experience and joined the firm in 1998. Previously he was with a real estate development company for nine years where he was responsible for development, property management, accounting and administration for office buildings, medical centers and industrial properties. In addition, Todd spent three years managing residential properties in Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. In Northern Virginia, he was responsible for 3,000 residential properties which consisted of single family homes, apartments and condominiums. In the Hampton Roads area, Todd was responsible for 500 resort homes and condominiums. Todd is a Certified Property Manager and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Wesleyan College. He recently served as the Regional Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Joseph Marchetti has over 34 years of experience in the real estate brokerage, asset services and corporate advisory services business. As Managing Director of the Richmond office, Joe is primarily responsible for leading the brokerage and asset services teams to be the top performers in the local market. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing the offices in Charlottesville and Fredericksburg. Joe has consistently been one of the top producers in the Richmond market focusing on the office, office/flex and industrial product types. He has leadership and management experience in all phases of commercial real estate: marketing, development, site selection, leasing and sales. Real estate owners and investors seek his management and leasing value upon disposition. Joe has developed a team of bright, competent, friendly, trustworthy people who are capable of developing positive, long-term relationships with our customers. Joe specializes in landlord representation, and land sales in office and industrial properties in Richmond, VA.

Lori Lambert is currently the Director of Lease Administration, supervising the Lease Administration department which currently includes a staff of 10 Lease Administrators and a Real Estate Administrator.  She handles lease administration for various properties located in Virginia, North Carolina, and New Jersey.  Lori is responsible for day-to-day maintenance of accounts that are managed by the firm in the Richmond area. Her portfolio includes office, office/warehouse, retail and Owner’s Associations and responsibilities include the day-to-day maintenance of property accounts, assistance in preparation of annual operating budgets (income), annual operating expense reconciliations, property owner contact, and tenant relations. 

Lori has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining the firm, she was Lease Administrator with a competitive real estate company located in Richmond where she was responsible for lease administration of several shopping centers, as well as office space, that included medical.  She was also Assistant Property Manager for two years.

Annette joined Colliers in April 2020 as a lease administrator.   Her portfolio includes office, office/warehouse, industrial and Owner’s Associations and is responsible for assisting all lease administration activities including abstracting new leases, renewals, expansions, relocations and other lease amendments, preparing all billing for rent, reconciling property operating expenses annually and many other duties.  She is currently aiding in over 3.3 million square feet in lease functions.

Prior to Colliers, Annette was a Senior Lease Administrator at Hackney Real Estate/NewLink Management Group where she was responsible for several retail shopping centers.  She has over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate industry.

Jessica Parnell joined Colliers International as a Lease Administrator in February 2020 and was promoted to Senior Lease Administrator in March 2021. She has over 6 years of property management and lease administration experience. Jessica is responsible for day-to-day lease administration functions and collections, the preparation of annual operating expense reconciliations, Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases allotted in leases, and the administration of the Government Services Group  and AdaptHealth tenant-rep portfolios.

Jessica coordinates the lease administration functions for over 4,400,000 SF of Government office, industrial, and retail space for our clients.  She works with national tenants such as Food Lion, Family Dollar, and Verizon to ensure timely payments and lease compliance.

Prior to joining Colliers, Jessica worked at the local multi-family Property Management Company, King Properties, Inc.  During Jessica’s time at this company, she managed both tenant and owner accounts, which included Lease Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Legal Liaison for 7 multi-family apartment communities throughout Richmond. She also handled the Payroll and HR responsibilities.

Whitney Canty joined Colliers International in April 2015 as a lease administrator. She is responsible for day-to-day lease administration functions and collections, as well as the preparation of annual real estate tax reconciliations and Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases allotted in leases, 95% of which are Government agencies. She is responsible for lease administration of approximately 60 properties with 112 tenants.

Tyler Lambert joined Colliers International as an Accounts Payable Specialist in January 2017. In his role, he is responsible for handling all invoices as well as cutting and mailing checks in the Richmond office. Mr. Lambert handles payables for Peter Jefferson Parkway V in Charlottesville and all ARC properties.
