Colliers Facilitates Multiple Transactions Valued Over $4.9 Million

Colliers International Virginia, LLC (“Colliers”) announced it has successfully secured two new deals and nine renewals this past week. The transactions combined for a total of 96,653 square feet and are valued at $4,956,854.00

The new deals included:

  • Quickway Japanese Hibachi leased 1,247 square feet at 4251-4571 S Laburnum Ave in Richmond. Peter Vick, Harrison Hall, and Maddy Spear represented the landlord

Renewals consisted of:

  • Grid2020 Inc renewed its 3,468 square foot least at 7405 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield. Jimmy Martin, John Carpin, Malcolm Randolph, and Matt Anderson represented the landlord
  • The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company renewed its 1,766 square foot lease at 7200 Glen Forest Drive in Richmond. David Wilkins and Megan Sullivan represented the landlord.

Before that, Peter began his real estate career in 2008 with The Wilton Companies in their third-party brokerage department. In 2010, he joined NAI Eagle as a founding partner and principal.

Madison Spear

Maddy Spear joined the Retail Leasing and Sales Team as an Associate, following her graduation from the University of Mary Washington with degrees in Business Administration and English. In the Summer of 2017, Maddy interned with the firm and through this experience she was able to partner with all service lines within the Hampton Roads office. Currently, Maddy travels between Richmond and Hampton Roads and is very familiar with both markets.

In 2019, Maddy and another associate leased 15 spaces in two months at Lynnhaven North, a 173,191 square foot center in Virginia Beach. They back filled 2 box spaces (totaling over 68,000 square feet) that has been vacant for 1 and 3 years respectively.

John Carpin

John Carpin has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with his primary responsibilities including landlord representation of industrial and office/medical properties for both institutional and local owners. In addition, he is involved with tenant representation for both national and local clients.
