Colliers Facilitates Multiple Transactions Valued Over $3.3 Million

Colliers International Virginia, LLC (“Colliers”) announced it has successfully secured three new deals and four renewals this past week. The transactions combined for a total of 48,658 square feet and are valued at $3,302,400.00.

New deals included:

  • Professional Governmental Underwriters Inc. signed a 4,139 square foot office lease at 4870 Sadler Road in Glen Allen. Frank Hargrove and Matt Anderson represented the tenant
  • eXp Realty leased 1,907 square feet of retail space at 3736 Winterfield Road in Midlothian. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant
  • Tasty Crab singed a 7,483 square foot retail lease at 5726 Hopkins Road in Chesterfield. Peter Vick, Harrison Hall, and Maddy Spear represented the landlord

Renewals consisted of:

  • GrayCo Inc renewed its office lease at 1700 Bayberry Ct in Richmond. Zach Roski and Tom Vozenilek represented the tenant
  • National Counseling Group Inc renewed its office lease at 817 Cedar Creek Grade in Winchester. John Carpin represented the tenant
  • The Harvey Law Office PLC renewed its office lease at 5516 Falmouth St in Richmond. Megan Sullivan and David Wilkins represented the landlord

Peter Vick

As Senior Vice President and Co-Director of the Retail Services Team, Peter Vick specializes in site selection, tenant and landlord representation, land sales and investment sales.

Peter has handled project leasing for existing and ground-up developments. Recent signature assignments include West Broad Village, The Row at GreenGate, Libbie Mill Midtown, and Winterfield Crossing, all mixed-use projects located in Richmond, VA. He has handled the disposition of numerous commercial investment sales that include grocery anchored shopping centers as well as single tenant NNN sales. Working with numerous local and national retailers, Peter has been involved in the leasing of over three million square feet of commercial space and the disposition/acquisition of over $300M in sales.

Peter is responsible for the leasing of a portfolio consisting of four million square feet of retail space throughout Virginia for clients that include, Sauers Properties, Site Centers, Markel Eagle, Rebkee Properties, Gumenick Properties, Blackwood Development, Spy Rock Real Estate Group, Sugar Oak Properties, Riverstone Properties, Colterra Capital, Pruitt Companies, Frontier Development, W.S. Harrison Hall

Madison Spear

Maddy Spear joined the Retail Leasing and Sales Team as an Associate, following her graduation from the University of Mary Washington with degrees in Business Administration and English. In the Summer of 2017, Maddy interned with the firm and through this experience she was able to partner with all service lines within the Hampton Roads office. Currently, Maddy travels between Richmond and Hampton Roads and is very familiar with both markets.

In 2019, Maddy and another associate leased 15 spaces in two months at Lynnhaven North, a 173,191 square foot center in Virginia Beach. They back filled 2 box spaces (totaling over 68,000 square feet) that has been vacant for 1 and 3 years respectively.

Zachary Roski

Zach Roski is a Senior Vice President,  Principal of the Colliers | Virginia Mid-South offices and an  advisory and transaction specialist. His primary focus is the representation of tenants in the acquisition of office space. In this role he provides corporate real estate services, site selection surveys and analyses. 

Zach is a 24 year veteran of the industry and has a history representing multi-market accounts/tenants across the United States. Upon graduation from Virginia Commonwealth University, he joined the country’s second largest real estate investment trust, United Dominion Realty Trust, where he worked primarily in multi-family property/asset management. 

From 2003 to early 2014, Zach was a member of the team working on the Commonwealth of Virginia’s real estate portfolio. As a part of the team, he assisted with office and warehouse acquisitions, consolidations, dispositions, strategic planning and implementation. The team completed more than 70 transactions annually and achieved over $80 million in savings for the Commonwealth through lease negotiations.

Tom Vozenilek joined the firm 2001 with 23 years of commercial sales and leasing experience. Tom's principal activity for the last 30 years has been Transaction Management. John Carpin

John Carpin has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with his primary responsibilities including landlord representation of industrial and office/medical properties for both institutional and local owners. In addition, he is involved with tenant representation for both national and local clients. In these capacities, John has represented landlords and tenants in the identification, acquisition and disposition of commercial assets. Since 1996, John has completed over 850 transactions totaling over $276 million in value and has been involved in over 10 million square feet of leasing transactions, while handling a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of office/medical and industrial properties.

Megan Revercomb joined the firm 2015 and specializes in sales and leasing for office and medical office buildings representing both tenants and landlords. Having listed over 458,000 square feet in Richmond, she’s worked with both regional and institutional property owners to implement successful leasing and sales strategies for office properties. She immediately began working in commercial real estate following graduation from University of Georgia in the spring of 2015 with a Business Administration degree in Real Estate.
