Colliers Promotes Three Within Property Accounting and Hires Many More

Colliers is pleased to announce the promotion of three team members and eleven new hires across its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) and brokerage divisions.

The latest round of promotions surrounds the property accounting team:

Mary Ann Inglesby was promoted to accounting manager. Inglesby joined Colliers as a senior property accountant In February of 2012.  With over 21 years’ experience, she manages the accounting functions for a diverse portfolio for several owners and government-leased properties such as the SCC, Virginia Retirement System, Virginia Workers Comp, and Virginia Department of Transportation. In her new role she will manage a team of property accountants that perform accounting functions for local office, retail, and industrial properties.

Saran Rin was promoted to accounting manager. Rin joined Colliers in January of 2012 as a property accountant. Rin’s accounting portfolio consists of 40 properties in Virginia where she is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and production of month-end reports for each property. In her new role she will manage a team of property accountants and work with our IT team on accounting system improvements and initiatives.

Andy Colicci was promoted to senior property accountant. Colicci joined the firm in April of 2015 as a property accountant where he was responsible for day-to-day accounting services for a portfolio of office and retail properties.  Most recently he was responsible for a large portfolio of government-leased properties. In his new role, Colicci will be the lead accountant on a large medical tenant representation portfolio.

In addition to the promotions, Colliers welcomed eleven new employees:

  • Jeri Powell joined as property manager in Norfolk

Andy Colicci

Senior Property Accountant

Andy joined the firm in April 2015 as a Property Accountant. In this role, Andy is responsible for day-to-day accounting services for over 120 properties and production of monthly financial packages for each property. He also reconciles all bank accounts, monitors cash flow for all properties, and assists with preparation of annual budgets.

Previously, Andy was a Senior Tax Accountant with AMF Bowling Centers.

Todd Willett

Regional Managing Director, REMS VA

Richmond - North

Todd Willett is the Regional Managing Director of REMS|Virginia  and oversees and coordinates a team of real estate managers and support staff responsible for over 50  million square feet of office, flex, industrial, and retail assignments. Todd has 25 years of experience and joined the firm in 1998. Previously he was with a real estate development company for nine years where he was responsible for development, property management, accounting and administration for office buildings, medical centers and industrial properties. In addition, Todd spent three years managing residential properties in Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. In Northern Virginia, he was responsible for 3,000 residential properties which consisted of single family homes, apartments and condominiums. In the Hampton Roads area, Todd was responsible for 500 resort homes and condominiums. Todd is a Certified Property Manager and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Wesleyan College. He recently served as the Regional Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Craig Broughton

Regional Director, Property Accounting

Richmond - North

Craig Boughton is the regional director and oversees a team of 13, coordinating the property accounting and lease administration functions for over 350 commercial properties totaling over 17 million square feet that are managed out of Richmond, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem.  

Craig has over 20 years of accounting experience and has been with the firm since 2004.  He is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting, as well as overseeing the preparation of annual operating budgets. Craig also works closely with property managers and owners on capital budgets and cash flow projections, and partners with Information Technology associates for all Yardi software upgrades and enhancements.
 
Prevously, Craig held various accounting positions at Cornerstone Realty Trust and worked as a Senior Property Accountant for United Dominion Realty Trust.  During his time at these two publicly held REITs, he spent time in accounts payable, property accounting, financial reporting, property operations, and business development.

Craig served four years in the United States Navy on the USS Theodore Roosevelt.  While on board, he was responsible for overseeing the accounting of the ship’s various retail activities and received the Navy Achievement Medal in 1995 for his efforts.
