Colliers International Welcomes New Project Manager

Richmond, VA – December 4, 2020 – Colliers Virginia is pleased to welcome Hunter Honebein to its Project Management team as a project manager.

Mr. Honebein will work alongside James Baldwin where he will specialize in managing projects for government-leased assets across the country, design planning and overseeing the RFP process for his portfolio.

He began his career in project management working for Capstone Contracting in 2016 as a project engineer.  Capstone later merged with Hourigan in July of 2019, where he worked in various assistant project manager roles.  Most recently, Mr. Honebein worked for Commonwealth Construction Management as an estimator.

Todd Willett is the Regional Managing Director of REMS|Virginia  and oversees and coordinates a team of real estate managers and support staff responsible for over 50  million square feet of office, flex, industrial, and retail assignments. Previously he was with a real estate development company for nine years where he was responsible for development, property management, accounting and administration for office buildings, medical centers and industrial properties. He recently served as the Regional Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

James Baldwin

Senior Project Manager

Richmond - North

After having spent 11 years in prior roles heavily focused in local, state, and federal government clients and projects, James joined the firm in May 2016 as a project manager. In this role he primarily focused on privately-owned buildings leased by the GSA and managed by the firm throughout the country. He has completed projects such as the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital Campus a $1.12 billion project, covering 1.3 million square foot, including a 120 bed 7 story hospital tower. 

In June 2019, James was promoted to Senior Director of Project Management where he now oversees the Virginia offices as well as our Government Solutions Group.

Hunter Honebein

Project Manager

Hunter joined the Colliers Project Management group in November of 2020 as a project manager.  In this role, he specializes in managing projects for government-leased assets across the country, design planning and overseeing the RFP process.

Hunter has vast experience in preconstruction duties which include compiling bid packages, creating RFP’s for subcontractors and vendors, managing relationships with owners/architects/engineers, risk mitigation, business development and more.

He began his career in project management working for Capstone Contracting in 2016 as a project engineer.  Capstone later merged with Hourigan in July of 2019, where Hunter worked in various assistant project manager roles.  Most recently, he worked for Commonwealth Construction Management as an estimator.
