Colliers Gives Back | February Cares


Richmond professionals raise $1,590 for the American Heart Association

February is American Heart Month, where every dollar donated to the American Heart Association (“AHA”) in February goes twice as far. Every February, Colliers Gives Back, a community service initiative curated by the Richmond office, participates in “Friday Grams”, a companywide fundraiser that raises money for the nonprofit organization. 

The company sells Friday Grams, which are gifts employees can purchase for themselves or send to a coworker that allows them to leave early on a Friday in February. Each Friday Gram is a $30 donation to the AHA. This year, Colliers Richmond raised a total of $1,590.00, which surpassed last year's donation.

Lyndsey Capps

Administrative Manager, REMS

Richmond - North

Lyndsey joined the firm in the Summer of 2012 as the Receptionist and Building Engineering Coordinator. She was promoted in 2014 to Assistant Property Manager and was promoted in 2015 to Office Manager. Her other past responsibilities include assisting REMS and working closely with the Regional Managing Director of REMS|Virginia and the Director of Engineering Services of REMS|Virginia.

As Administrative Manager, she coordinates supply orders, onboards new employees, organizes employee appreciation events, conducts Tenant Satisfaction surveys, maintains office accounts, processes invoices, and oversees the Administrative Assistants in the Richmond Office. 

Previously, Lyndsey attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
