Hank is an integral part of the underwriting, marketing and sales process for multifamily properties and promotes Colliers' platform in the Southeastern region of Virginia. 

During his career, Hankins has been involved in more than $1 billion in multifamily sales throughout the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets. In addition to dispositions, Hankins has also held the role as principal partner for Croatan Investments, leading their acquisitions team as it closed $125 million in multifamily property transactions in Virginia and North Carolina in a two-year period.

Charles Wentworth

Charles Wentworth has been actively involved in the commercial real estate field since 2007 focusing on multifamily acquisitions and sales in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Charles joined the firm in 2012 to specialize in multifamily sales and represents private, high net-worth, and institutional clients in the central and western Virginia markets.  Since joining the firm, Charles has successfully completed transactions totaling $350 million.

Previously, Charles was an Associate for Apartment Realty Advisors (Now ARA Newmark) in Charlotte, North Carolina, one of the country’s largest multi-family brokerage firms. While an Associate with the firm, the group brokered nearly $2 billion of apartment communities in the primary, secondary, and tertiary markets of North Carolina and South Carolina.

Prior to starting a career in real estate, Charles held various sales and management positions with Ferguson Enterprises, the country’s largest supplier of plumbing, heating, and building products. Charles began his career with the firm as a management trainee in Tampa, Florida and was later promoted to management positions in Gainesville, Florida and Santa Monica, California.

Ricky Anderson joined Colliers International in May of 2007 as a commercial agent and quickly became an integral part of the brokerage team representing owners and occupiers of office and industrial properties. Since 2007, Ricky has negotiated over 450 transactions valued at over $130 million. Clients have included defense contractors, REITS, national corporations, medical practices, and local businesses and developers.

A lifelong Virginia Beach native, Ricky graduation from Virginia Tech with a degree in business finance. Ricky currently resides in Virginia beach with his wife and two daughters.

Larry Lakins

As a Senior Vice President & Principal of Colliers International | Raleigh, Larry focuses on Industrial Project Leasing throughout the Triangle, Triad, and the coastal area of eastern North Carolina. His experience in the commercial real estate industry spans well over twenty-two years and encompasses services including industrial landlord and tenant representation, Investment Sales, and Real Estate Development. Prior to joining Colliers, Larry was with Cushman and Wakefield’s Industrial Services Group.

Larry has been acknowledged in the industry as a consistent top producer, He is recognized for his leadership roles in the real estate community, as he has served as the President of the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS (TCAR).   Larry has served as President of Hilltop Home a nonprofit intermediate care facility for children with developmental disabilities.   He currently serves as the chair of their foundation.

Hunter Willard, Senior Vice President and Principal of Colliers International, is a member of the Industrial Services team in Raleigh. With more than 13 years of experience, Hunter focuses on tenant and landlord representation, as well as investment and owner/occupier sales. He has achieved an excellent reputation among his peers and prospects for his commitment to service excellence. 

Prior to joining Colliers,  Hunter was on the Industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield. Hunter concentrated on landlord and tenant representation, where his responsibilities included client portfolio management, strategy and execution of commercial properties for lease and for sale, and corporate relocations and expansions for local and national clients. Hunter also previously worked in finance and sales as a commercial mortgage broker. His knowledge and experience affords him an extensive understanding of the banking and lending industries, which aids in providing clients with a full perspective and an advantage.
