Crosspointe Logistics Center in Prince George Sells

RICHMOND, VA, June 17, 2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of Crosspointe Logistics Center located at 8800 Wells Station Road, Prince George, VA. SL Industrial Partners an affiliate of the Silverman Group purchased the former Rolls-Royce manufacturing facility which consists of a 291,689 square foot building and approximately 880 acres of future developable land. Matt Anderson, Joe Marchetti, and Rebecca Barricklow with Colliers represented Rolls-Royce in the sale alongside Fritz Kauffman and Megan Cuvelier with Cushman & Wakefield.

Colliers’ Matt Anderson, Frank Hargrove, and Harrison McVey have been engaged by the new owner to lease the existing state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as well as future buildings in the complex. The building has dual circuit electrical service with a total capacity of 50 MVA and a 350 KW backup generator.

The Crosspointe Logistics Center is strategically located between the Port of Virginia’s Norfolk and Richmond terminals and at the crossroads of I-295, I-95, and Route 460. Upon completion of the project, this park will feature a multiple of high quality industrial and manufacturing buildings totaling over 3,000,000 square feet.
