Deep Run III, located at 9954 Mayland Drive, is a class A office building home to the headquarters of McKesson Medical-Surgical. Other major tenants include Travelers Insurance and United Bank. The property encompasses 355,000 square feet with approximately 14,000 square feet available for lease, and features a fitness center, cafeteria, conference rooms, and suites with modern finishes.
Independence Park, located at 9930 and 9900 Independence Park Drive, consists of two class A medical office buildings totaling 46,000 square feet. It offers exterior monument signage, abundant parking, and 11,000 square feet of vacancy in shell condition, offering future tenants flexibility.
The properties are situated along I-64 in Greater Richmond’s strongest office market.
