Burlington will occupy approximately 27,000 square feet
FREDERICKSBURG, VA, June 3, 2022 – Colliers is pleased to welcome Burlington Coat Factory to Central Park Marketplace as an anchor tenant. Burlington will be opening its new location in the spring of 2023. The retailer will be relocating from its current location at the Greenbrier Shopping Center.
The national retailer will be occupying approximately 27,000 square feet in the former Ashley Furniture space located at 1845 Carl D. Silver Parkway.
Central Park Marketplace is a 215,000 square foot shopping center centrally located between Washington, D.C. and Richmond. The shopping center is a part of the 2.5 million square foot power center known as Central Park and is highly visible from the I-95/Route 3 interchange in Fredericksburg. Major tenants include DSW, Ulta, Pottery Barn Outlet, TJ Maxx (also opening in 2023), and now Burlington Coat Factory.
