Colliers Government Solutions Capital Markets Sells U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Office in Houston

Richmond, VA, – December 2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services Office, located at 810 Gears Road, Houston, Texas. The 78,984 square foot office building is leased by the United States of America as the regional field office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) and provides highly critical functions for the U.S. Homeland Security. It is the 4th most active CIS office in the country for naturalizations and serves the entire Southern Texas community across 31 counties.
