The Campbell Building Sells For $6,300,000

Richmond, VA – January 13, 2020 – Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of The Campbell Building at 8002 Discovery Drive, Richmond, Virginia for $6,300,000. The office building was purchased by Atlanta based B&C CCPB, LLC.

The Campbell Building is a 55,920 SF class B office building located in the highly sought-after Forest Avenue Office Corridor and positioned directly across the street from HCA’s regional flagship hospital, Henrico Doctors Hospital. The asset was 87% occupied at the time of sale and leased to a diverse and reputable list of tenants including a significant portion in the healthcare field.
