Richmond, VA – December 22, 2020 – Colliers International Virginia, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 8090 Villa Park Drive in Richmond, VA for $2,875,000.00. Heart of Virginia Council, Boy Scouts of America (“BSA”) will be relocating its headquarters from 4015 Fitzhugh Avenue and are expected to occupy the new facility in April of 2021. Renovations are expected to begin in January.
8090 Villa Park Drive is a 26,290 square foot office building on 4.99 acres and retains functional and efficient floor plans. The new facility is nearly double its current Virginia footprint and enables the youth organization to serve as a retail outlet, training center, and scouting corporate headquarters all in one. It is centrally located and boasts immediate access to I-95, providing easier access to its scouts from all over Virginia. In 2019, the organization served 11,107 members ranging from five to twenty years old.
