Amanda Civis Promoted to Property Manager

RICHMOND, Va., March 1, 2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce Amanda Civis has been promoted to property manager.


Civis joined Colliers in January 2020 as an assistant property manager. In her new role, she will oversee government-leased assets in the greater Phoenix, Arizona Metro. Her responsibilities include regular property inspections, recommending and approving facility alternations, maintenance, and



Civis will work hand in hand with Colliers’ lease administration and property accounting teams and act as the primary point of contact for provide property owners in providing financial budgets and reports, strategic planning, operations management and more.

Amanda joined Colliers in January 2020 as an assistant property manager where she assists in the supervision of more than 1 million square feet of commercial properties.  Her responsibilities include working with tenants and vendors to ensure seamless delivery and completion of service requests.  In addition, Amanda assists the property manager in developing and maintaining annual budgets for operational and capital expenses as well as forecasting management plans.

Previously, Amanda worked for the United States Department of the Interior at Yosemite National Park and has over five years of residential property and facility management experience.
