RICHMOND, VA, June 17, 2021 – Colliers International (“Colliers”) is pleased to announce it has facilitated the lease of 1410 Willis Road, a 405,000 square foot industrial property located in Richmond, Virginia (“Willis Road Commerce Center”). Utah-based, iFIT Health & Fitness, Inc., will occupy the entirety of the Property in October as the sole tenant. Wood Thornton and Rob Dirom represented the landlord, Scannell Properties, in this transaction.
Mr. Thornton adds, “Willis Road Commerce Center is a Class A, modern distribution center that Scannell built speculatively. It’s location just off of Interstate 95 makes it an excellent location for a distribution minded user.”
