Melissa Molyneaux of Colliers came out on top of the list of awarded brokers for the 12th consecutive quarter in Reno, Nevada. Power Broker Quarterly Deal winners are determined by their deal volume every quarter, based on price and square footage.
Melissa was involved in Reno's 4Q22 top office leasing deals representing the Landlord at 100 W. Liberty Street in the Downtown submarket with 11,406 SF leased and also representing the Tenant at 449 S. Virginia Street in the Downtown submarket, with 5,932 SF leased.
Melissa is an Executive Vice President at Colliers and has been with the company for over 15 years. Her area of specialization is office properties and her focus includes landlord and tenant representation in leasing and sales.
