Ray Tuntland joins Colliers | Reno as Vice President from Salt Lake City office
Ray started his career in Las Vegas in 1995 brokering industrial land to an assembled partnership for investment. In 1996, he and another colleague founded Insight Development where their first project, Insight Aircenter Sunset, was recognized by NAIOP as that year’s best large-scale mixed-use office/warehouse development in Southern Nevada. In 2001, Ray created Tuntland Land & Development where he developed a variety of commercial projects. Ray then relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah where he worked with the leading retail team at CB Commercial, continuing to do work in Nevada. Ray then relocated back to Reno with CB Commercial until they were purchased by Colliers.

Ray is now fully integrated into the Colliers | Reno office. Originally born and raised in Reno, Ray earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and an MBA at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Ray brings a wealth of knowledge to the Colliers | Reno office through his experience representing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. Colliers is excited to see Ray’s continued growth and leadership in the Reno market. The addition of Ray to the Colliers | Reno brokerage team marks the third new broker added to the office in the first six months of 2021.
