Colliers expands Retail Team in Reno

Senior Vice President Steve Holm’s addition to Northern Nevada’s market-leading Retail team will round out an already robust team

Reno, NV, December 9, 2021 - Colliers Reno has expanded its Retail team with the addition of Senior Vice President Steve Holm. Steve specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail assets for institutional and private capital clients. With Steve’s extensive leasing experience, he will also focus on shopping center leasing and tenant rep. His specialties include valuation, Argus financial modeling, property, tenant, and buyer underwriting, market and site analysis, due diligence, tenant merchandising, and contract negotiations.

Steve has been active in commercial real estate since 2004, he has been involved in more than $300 million of retail asset sales across the Western U.S., and has exclusively represented institutional landlords and national retailers. Also an experienced retail business owner since 2011, Steve co-founded, opened and operated three brick and mortar Yoga Flow SF studios in San Francisco. The experience of being a retailer has added valuable experience in site selection, lease nuances, tenant improvements, retailer economics, and a tenant’s perspective. Steve has been a leasing specialist at Staubach Retail, an investment sales broker at Cassidy Turley, and was a partner at Capital Pacific.

Steve joins Reno’s robust Retail team consisting of Roxanne Stevenson, Rick Casazza, Amanda Lavi, Bobby Facchino, Jordan Lehman, Heather Guilford, and Matthew Weare. Senior Vice President Roxanne Stevenson and Senior Vice President Rick Casazza have been market leaders in Northern Nevada for many years, with extensive experience representing shopping center landlords and developers. Senior Associate Amanda Lavi specializes in both retail and office leasing with a focus on adaptive reuse projects. Client Services Coordinator Bobby Facchino joined Colliers in September this year and provides support to the Retail team. Jordan Lehman is the Team’s Research Analyst tracking local market activity and capital markets. Heather Guilford is the Team’s Marketing Specialist. Matthew Weare is the Team’s Senior Graphic Designer, Matthew has over a decade of experience with his discerning eye for brand awareness and clean design. Steve’s addition to the team brings the element of a sales-focused broker. Colliers’ Retail team has a strong listing presence in Reno, with over 80 years of real estate experience among them.
